As a Marchandiseur, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper placement and display of our products in stores, ultimately driving sales and promoting brand awareness. Ensure proper placement and display of FritoLay products in retail stores. Maintain and organize inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste. Communicate effectively with store managers and employees to ensure product availability and placement. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies. Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, displays, and overall appearance. Maintain knowledge of FritoLay products, promotions, and pricing to effectively educate and engage customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards. Utilize sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product placement and promotions. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve merchandising techniques and strategies. Work closely with distributors and delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses. Represent FritoLay in a professional and positive manner at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and merchandising goals.
