This is a temporary position.

The Technical Onboarding Coordinator works with the Manager, Account Management & Provider Connectivity and the Continent Development team to onboard new Home Management Companies (HMCs) onto the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) platform. To do this, the Coordinator works with the Home Management Company (HMC), Connectivity Provider (PMS or Channel Manager) and internal Marriott International / Sapient technology teams to bring listings live, troubleshooting when required. The role will be measured by the number of Home Management Companies / listings connected to the platform and the time it takes to complete technical onboarding.

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED and 4 years’ experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area OR 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management (or equivalent international degree)

• Strong project management and organizational skills with a service mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Professional demeanor, capable of expressing confident, independent judgment.

• Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a business side role that interreacts heavily with technical teams preferred.

Technical Onboarding:

• Serves as a connectivity subject matter expert, responsible for onboarding Home Management Companies, once contracting and Due Diligence has been completed.

• Ensure content, calendar availability, fees, amenities and address meet HVMB requirements and flow through the technical connections seamlessly.

• Perform high level / directional technology troubleshooting, open tickets and seeking resolution in a timely manner.

• Publish units to the HVMB platform.

• Suggest and implement enhancements to systems and processes.

• Perform other duties as appropriate.

Please note that this is a hybrid position. The position must work in-person from HQ every Wednesday and then one week per month from Monday - Thursday.

The pay range for this position is $24.23 to $40.96 per hour.
