  • Program design - workouts designed for muscle hypertrophy in mind
  • Mindset and lifestyle transformation

✅ Has:

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Expert-level knowledge in Trainerize, Google Sheets
  • Experience using Monday.com CRM (this is a plus but is easy to learn)
  • Proven track record of client results
  • Strong alignment with our values and mission
  • Availability M–F + Saturday mornings in the PST timezone. (starts part time then builds to a full time position overtime)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update customized nutrition and training programs, including meal plans and workout creation and deliver to clients 48 hours before their new programs start
  • Quick response times - responding to clients in less than 1 hour during work hours
  • Review client check-ins and provide in-depth feedback
  • Support clients in understanding hormone/gut health data
  • Communicate with clients daily (M-F + Saturday mornings) via Trainerize
  • Attend weekly team meetings
