Your Role: Experienced Customer Service Representative


What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Confidently use ServiceTitan to schedule appointments, manage calls, and document customer interactions
  • Apply your customer service expertise to resolve concerns quickly and effectively
  • Consistently secure booked appointments while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
  • Achieve a booking conversation rate of 90% or above
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Mentor newer team members by leading by example


What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of CSR or call center experience (preferably in trades or service industries)
  • Direct ServiceTitan experience required (Jobber/HouseCall Pro a plus)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and perform under pressure
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, Dialpad, and email
  • Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS Ventura+
  • Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (Quad-Core, 2.4GHz or higher)
  • RAM: 8 GB minimum
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive)
  • Display: 1080p HD (1920x1080) or better, 21” monitor preferred (external monitor required if using laptop)
  • Camera: Internal or external HD webcam (720p minimum)
  • Peripherals: All wired (keyboard, mouse, headset)
  • Headset: USB-wired with noise-canceling mic (no Bluetooth)
  • Internet:
  • Download speed: 200 Mbps minimum
  • Upload speed: 20 Mbps minimum
  • Latency: under 50ms, no packet loss
