Situated within a modern facility located in beautiful London, Ontario, TMI offers a comfortable work environment with a respectful and family-oriented culture.<br><br>As an employee of Trudell Medical International, not only will you contribute to the development of products at the cutting edge of medical device technology, but you will also have the opportunity to perform challenging work alongside a first-rate group of dedicated professionals.<br><br>We’re actively searching for our next team member for the position of:<br><br><strong>digital Advertisiing & Retail Media Specialist (Animal Health) <br><br></strong>As a member of our team, you will Create and manage performance-based campaigns across search and key online retail platforms—helping animal owners, veterinarians, and clinics discover our trusted veterinary products and devices.<br><br>This role is critical in driving measurable growth through the strategic use of digital tools, retail advertising platforms, and data analytics with a focus on building strategic, data-driven campaigns that boost visibility, drive conversions, and increase revenue across digital shelves.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities Include<br><br></strong><strong>Digital Advertising<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising and media strategies across global search and eCommerce platforms, with a focus on US veterinary and pet retail channels (Amazon, Chewy, Petco, Walmart, etc.) </li><li>Manage search, sponsored product, display, and brand campaigns tailored to both DTC pet owners and B2B veterinary customers </li><li>Leverage retail media and ad tech tools like Criteo, Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, Helium 10, or Intentwise to automate, scale, and analyze campaign performance </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure advertising strategy supports category growth and promotional objectives </li><li>Optimize ad performance by testing creatives, adjusting bids, refining audience targets, and analyzing keyword performance </li><li>Manage advertising budgets, monitor spend, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve reach, ROAS, CPA and other targets </li><li>Maintain close communication with retail partners to stay ahead of platform changes and seasonal opportunities in the pet care and animal health industry </li><li>Monitor competitive activity across marketplaces and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain brand presence and market share<br><br></li></ul><strong>ADVERTISING & RETAIL ANALYTICS<br><br></strong><ul><li>Utilize business analytics platforms (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio) to create reports, interpret consumer behavior, and deliver actionable insights </li><li>Generate actionable insights from retail analytics platforms and shopper behavior data to improve targeting and conversion <br><br></li></ul><strong>health & Safety<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>University Degree, College Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, specifically within search and retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated experience using performance marketing and ad tech tools like Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, etc.</li><li>Deep knowledge of retail media ecosystems and advertising best practices</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting and optimization</li><li>Experience managing six- and seven-figure annual media budgets with a focus on ROI</li><li>Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to stakeholders across marketing and eCommerce teams</li><li>Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Retail media certification(s) from Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or similar preferred</li><li>Experience working with CPG or DTC brands across national retailers is an asset</li><li>Familiarity with DSP (Demand Side Platform) buying and programmatic advertising is an asset</li><li>Working knowledge of SEO and organic retail optimization strategies<br><br></li></ul><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and it is important to our Company that all its employees, including those with disabilities, find our workplace to be welcoming and supportive.
