Make a direct impact on our client's success! This position is pivotal in building strong relationships with our B2B customers, from initial onboarding to ongoing account management. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative data solutions, ensuring projects stay on track through effective project management and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Your focus on exceptional customer service will foster trust and drive client satisfaction and retention. We're seeking a driven individual with 3+ years of account management experience and a passion for growth, or experience in the weather industry with demonstrable achievements.

Please note that despite being a remote role, it requires you to be located in and eligible to work in either of the 2 countries (Canada or the United States of America). Please note we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.

WHAT IS THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE

    • Act as the key point of contact for clients, partnering with the sales team to deeply understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
    • Become a recognized expert on Pelmorex's Weather B2B product suite, proactively identifying upsell opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
    • Empower Weather B2B clients by collaborating with sales to provide effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
    • Drive client retention and growth by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
    • Confidently communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
    • Own the project lifecycle for Pelmorex’s B2B Weather Solutions and custom client projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
    • Cultivate and manage key relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
    • Maintain meticulous project and process documentation to ensure transparency and facilitate effective communication
    • Conduct thorough client meetings to gather detailed requirements and ensure project success.
    • Proactively monitor project performance, analyzing progress against goals and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Your primary focus will be ensuring our clients' success. By translating your deep understanding of our products into seamless project delivery, you'll directly contribute to the value we provide.

    • 2-5 years of relevant client relationship experience
    • 1+ year(s) of experience working with data analytics and/or weather products
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical mindset and data driven decision making
