Reporting to the Manager - Contact Centre, the Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre will be the liaison between Coast Appliances and our current and potential customers. The **Customer Service Representative** - Contact Centre duties include, but are not limited to: - Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and/or alternatives - Submitting in warranty service requests & cosmetic damage claims to manufacturers - Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise - Acting as a liaison between our branches/warehouses & the customer We thank all applicants for their time.
