Through relentless innovation and continuous partnership with our customers, we are building the energy technologies of the future and providing the cleaner, more efficient power people depend on today.<br><br>What Impact you'll make;<br><br>In this role managing the contract performance for the Portfolio assigned in PA ( Delta area ) / While Planning/ Coordinating activities typically to fulfill the customer contractual obligation, order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction during all type of "Outages" and or component repairs or upgrades.<br><br>This role Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives and is subject to operating policy objectives.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>As the Customer Portfolio Manager, you will:<br><br><ul><li>Serve as our dedicated leader acting as the primary liaison between internal/external organizations and your assigned customer located in Delta, PA, USA.</li><li>You'll own the customer relationship, and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth.</li><li>Develop and own site customer communication plan, coordinate and facilitate regular GE Vernova/Customer meetings reviewing open items and action plans and reviewing existing and new GE Vernova products/services that could provide value for the customer.</li><li>Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations including concessions as they arise balancing mutual benefits.</li><li>Be responsible for outage/non-outage parts and repairs planning including requests for quotes, providing quotes to customers, placing/managing parts orders through delivery, and invoicing for parts as applicable.</li><li>Be responsible for managing the Outage planning and execution process and processing of Change Orders.</li><li>Be responsible for customer invoicing, collections, and support GE Vernova internal financial operating metrics.</li><li>Act as the Customer Advocate within the GE Vernova organization.</li><li>Provide leadership in owning and driving all emergent/forced outage matters to resolution.</li><li>Manage safe outage planning, and execution mindful of our GE Vernova "Life Saving Principles".</li><li>Accountable for the wing to wing outage execution via organizing pre-outage, post-outage and outage milestone meetings to deliver desired outcomes minding our SQDC principles.</li><li>Own contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables and understanding the T&Cs and contract requirements such as LD & Bonus structure.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (Associates degree with 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services and/or Outage Management within the Power/Energy Industry<br><br></li></ul><strong>Eligibility Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>This role will be offered within the greater Delta, PA area or/ Baltimore, MD, only -this job is performed at the client site. </li><li>National relocation within the US is supported if needed.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out<br><br></strong>You are someone passionate who brings:<br><br><ul><li>Advance Gas/Steam Turbine Technical Field Experienced with planning and executing maintenance and upgrade outages is required</li><li>Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills</li><li>Demonstrated communication & organizational skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>About GE Vernova Gas Power<br><br></strong>GE Vernova’s Gas Power business engineers advanced, efficient natural gas-powered technologies and services, along with decarbonization solutions that aim to help electrify a lower carbon future. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus<strong>. </strong>The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
