What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate activities with local medical leadership and provincial locum pools to support locum placement and RTVS coverage
- Develop expertise in locum and RTVS programs, including policies and processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and communities
- Monitor and recommend improvements for the implementation of locum and RTVS programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for locum pool placements and RTVS coverage requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A two-year post-secondary certificate in office administration or a healthcare-related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of recent, related experience working with medical leaders and healthcare providers
- Previous experience in rural healthcare programs is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and balance priorities under pressure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in implementing change management strategies
- Strong relationships with key internal and external partners
- Understanding of diversity and indigenous perspectives in healthcare
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
