Overview
So, what will you be doing as a Content Moderator?
You are responsible for reviewing and filtering user-generated content on
various online platforms such as social media, forums, or e-commerce
websites. You will ensure that the content which could include reviewing
text, images, videos, and other forms of content adheres to the platform's
community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.

Your Responsibilities
• Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and
livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content
uploaded to the platform.
• Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.
• Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation,
process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as
well as optimization at scale.
• Collaborate with other functions of E-commerce business unit to
complete the designated work to meet the team's goal
Requirements
• Fluency in English, and Bahasa Malay
• Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)
• Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience in E-Commerce Buyer and Seller Services is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented
focus.
