Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video, audio) based on established client guidelines and policies.
  • Accurately identify and escalate content that violates policies, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, harassment, and illegal activities.
  • Apply critical thinking and judgment to complex moderation scenarios, ensuring consistent and fair decision-making.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to clarify guidelines and improve moderation processes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve tools and policies.
