We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our Nursing Home facility located in Miami, Florida 33179. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our residents. Your empathetic nature, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team will contribute to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting independence and preserving dignity.
Observe and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing staff, ensuring prompt attention to their needs.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, in accordance with facility protocols.
Assist in the administration of medications and treatments under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal planning, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of residents' rooms, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans, following established protocols and guidelines.
Foster positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a CNA in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred.
Knowledge of basic nursing principles and procedures, with a focus on geriatric care.
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to provide personalized care and emotional support to residents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Reliable, responsible, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow instructions, protocols, and safety guidelines accurately.

Basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Current CPR certification preferred.
