Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. **How will you make an impact in this role as a Customer Care Advisor?** - Provide best-in-class customer service, making it easy for small business owners to do business with us while strengthening the relationship & loyalty they have with us - Take inbound calls throughout the day; evaluate and analyze account information while recommending tailored solutions to small business owners - Solve different call reasons by using our various tools and systems. - Promptly and accurately respond to inbound phone servicing inquiries both in English and French - Responsible for adhering to all compliance standards per guidelines and metrics - Make a positive impact in each cardmember’s life, with focus on driving growth - Become part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving customer experience while contributing to Amex’s growth **Service Schedule**: We are open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday EST.
