Working Hours:

(Morning- Mid day shift only)

Open hours: M-F.

Barista (Early Shift)**: 5:30am Open. Or 7am-11am shifts

We're looking for an experienced Barista who is enthusiastic about providing an exceptional coffee and gelato experience in our welcoming café. Role is Part time . 4hr shifts. Must have no other morning schedule conflicts. Previous Barista experience required.

Barista Role

Responsibilities:

- Coffee & Gelato Service: Skillfully brew and serve top-quality coffee and beverages, and scoop gelato with expertise.

- Customer Engagement: Offer attentive, friendly service and enhance customer experiences.

- Café Quality and Cleanliness: Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

- Latte Artistry: Show or learn latte art skills. (Beneficial, but not mandatory.)

- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage and restock necessary supplies.

- Teamwork: Contribute to a positive and efficient café environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous Barista experience is required

- A valid Food Handlers License.

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and understand customer needs.

- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions.

- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards.

- Ability to upsell products effectively.

- Basic math skills.

- Experience in a food service setting.

- A clean background and driving record.

-Social media cross platform experience and usage highly encouraged
