Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Project success
  • Initiate, lead and take ownership for the identification and subsequent management of lease based, business requested, and/or efficiency led projects
  • Manage projects from inception through design, build and handover to local Workplace Teams and the business in partnership with Global Workplace Direction
  • Coordinate a network of internal and external partners to successfully deliver the projects on scope, on budget and on time
  • Ensure projects are properly planned, budgeted and tracked
  • Maintain project documentation and reports, as well as associated project documentation
  • Customer first
  • Put customer first by building strong customer relationships across all levels within the business and the wider team – with business clients (local leaders and employees in the different offices), with the rest of the regional workplace team, with the global workplace team, with other BU’s workplace teams
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and generate buy-in from Workplace colleagues across the region
  • Provide the business and our external providers and customers with a single point of contact with accountability for relevant regional and global projects.
  • Act as an escalation point for any critical business issues including performance, cost and delivery targets
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and seek input from others as needed to achieve the best result possible
  • Problem solving, autonomous thinking, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to apply previous experience/external market knowledge to help solve problems and improve processes
  • Ability to make decision even with incomplete/uncertain information
  • Ability to create solutions to resolve problems/issues when the company may not have established guidelines
  • Drive improvement through implementation of innovative ideas and strong business process and procedure to manage deliverable output
  • Regional workplace coordination and delivery responsibilities
  • Drive climate objectives including managing location specific data collection, projects and reporting. Deliver on our 2025 carbon footprint reduction (and broader climate related objectives) roadmap. In partnership with Global Workplace Partners and in line with company climate objectives develop action plans to positively impact consumption tailored to each office location
  • Partner with Business Continuity Management Team and for Health & Safety matters as required including Fire Safety, First Aid and any changes in legislation that affect working practices
  • Partnering with Regional Incident Management Team to stay up to date on operation resilience and business continuity management including managing the company’s business continuity and emergency preparedness drills
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years with varying Project Management experience
  • Technical expertise and PMP certification or equivalent a plus
  • Project management, PPM Tool, Office Suite and Financial Tracking is a plus
  • Comfortable providing guidance, support and implementing others in the organization
  • A customer first mentality is essential for all aspects of this position
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate/work with a virtual team, across multiple diverse geographies and cultures
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

The pay range for this position is $ 63,000 – $ 112,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay
