Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: The Avon International Procurement Category Manager Air and Ocean supports the definition of the global sourcing strategy and is responsible for it’s implementation on a regional level, manage global suppliers and supports for budgeting and forecasting, as well as supporting the business in solving day to day operative task which may arise. They support financial results in terms of cash and cost of the Category as well as Sustainability targets and will also interact with the key internal and external stakeholders transforming business needs into a strategy delivering Avon goals. Key responsibilities: Monitor and manage regional project pipeline and check execution of productivity & saving projects to deliver Cost related Goals, as well as Sustainability ones Know the global suppliers base and develop supplier base Partner with internal stakeholders and align business needs into the category strategy Negotiates conditions, provide market intelligence as well as inputs to annual budget Contributes to the definition of the global category strategy and is responsible for its regional implementation Monitors that Ethics and Compliance requirements are fulfilled and behaves according to our Policies We'd love you to have: Minimum 5 years of Procurement experience with a specific background in Freight Forwarder management for at least 3 years Fluent in English Ability to operate in virtual multifunctional and complex teams Negotiation experience and capabilities What we offer: At Avon, we believe beauty is for everyone and that it’s beautiful to be you.
