TPBO organization provides key business management oversight and integration across the Technology organization. This includes driving investment planning & budgeting, project & portfolio management, workforce planning activities, strategic initiative program management, executive reporting, and employee engagement activities. The team is focused on improving efficiencies, transparency, consistency and collaboration within the Technology organization and other key cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p>As a New Grad Associate Technical Business Analyst, you will contribute to a team that develops and manages end-to-end technology solutions for Visas core business and key stakeholders as well as new solutions that promote the growth of digital commerce, value added services, and money movement solutions.</p><p> </p><p><em>Some job duties and projects could include:</em> </p><ul><li>Provide project/program management support for cross-functional, large-scale, high visibility strategic initiatives.</li><li>Partner with Technology, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive program activities.</li><li>Support the day-to-day aspects of initiatives, including overall management of scope, schedule, and financial aspects.</li><li>Support key strategic initiatives to drive Visa’s global workforce and location strategy with a focus on Product & Technology hubs.</li><li>Maintain and improve Visa’s workforce planning process for the Product and Technology organizations, partnering with workforce planning leads across the organization as well as Finance and People.</li><li>Automate existing Visa-internal reporting and processes with the help of tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and PowerAutomate.</li><li>Provide ad-hoc support for business management activities as needed.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Basic Qualifications</p><ul><li>Less than 2 years of relevant work experience with either Bachelors or Masters degree. Degree type in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, CIS/MIS, or a related field, graduating May 2025 - August 2026</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.</li><li>Ability to work independently with strong time management and ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables.</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.</li><li>High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources for a variety of audiences.</li></ul><p><br /> Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Students with relevant internship or work experience. Experience in the Payments and/or Technology industry would be a plus.</li><li>Thorough understanding of the Information Technology domain as well as a blend of data analytics and project/program management skillset.</li><li>Strong ability to collaborate, “team player” mentality with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented with a “make it happen” mindset.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity.</li><li>Prior experience working with reporting & data visualization systems such as SQL, Access, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.</li><li>Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved business processes and reporting mechanisms. Ability to identify opportunities to streamline and/or automate processes utilizing tools and process improvements.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $85,000 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
