  • This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines.
  • The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.
What is the role about?
  • Support Brand Specialists in solving technical issues related to account health and product listings
  • Proactively identify the issues and promptly find a solution for them
  • Efficiently manage all tasks by staying organised with current and new deliverables assigned by the team or clients
  • Regularly update brand managers and clients on new progress and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Share new knowledge with other team members to ensure everyone is updated on new tools and approaches to solving technical issues.
