Are you a seasoned Neonatal Nurse Practitioner ready to practice at the top of your license? 🏥 What You’ll Do:

  • Provide advanced neonatal care across three premier hospitals (all within a 30-minute drive)

  • Rotate through Level III and Level IV NICUs with access to cutting-edge technology and collaborative care models

  • Attend deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitations, and manage critically ill neonates

  • Work 24-hour shifts at Level III facilities and 10–16-hour day/night shifts at the Level IV center

  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU teams

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

What You Bring:

  • Master’s (or Doctorate) in Nursing – required

  • Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)required

  • Florida license or eligibility to obtain – required
